How I build it
Every project starts with a workflow audit. Before building anything, I look at how work actually moves through your business, which tools are involved and where the delays and errors happen. You get an automation map showing what to automate first and why.
Then I build with the right tool for each job:
- Zapier, Make and n8n for connecting apps and running multi-step workflows
- AI assistants and chatbots using models from providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic, grounded in your own documents and data
- API and CRM integrations when off-the-shelf connectors are not enough
- Dashboards and reporting so you can see what is happening without asking around

Timeline and pricing
AI automation projects start from $1,000 and usually take 1–4 weeks, depending on the number of workflows and integrations. Ongoing tool subscriptions and AI usage are billed to your own accounts, and I will estimate those running costs before we start.
