Leadpilot
A SaaS site that walks a lead through the product before you sign up

Brand Identity first
The brand came before the build.
A paper-plane arrow that reads as forward motion, navigation and a lead moving toward revenue. Growth green on navy, with stacked and horizontal lockups and app icons.

Overview
Leadpilot is my own concept product: an AI sales assistant that looks up every new lead, scores how good a fit they are, sends a first email that mentions their business and logs it all in the CRM. I designed and built this SaaS marketing website to sell it, and made a launch film to go with it.
The challenge
AI sales tools tend to make big promises in vague language. I wanted to see how far a SaaS site could go by being concrete: plain wording ("More qualified leads, less manual work"), a product interface visitors can watch working, and a way for buyers to plug in their own numbers. It also had to feel polished enough to sit alongside established SaaS brands.
What I built
- A hero with a live pipeline demo, where a new lead moves through research, qualification, follow-up and CRM sync
- Feature sections for lead research, lead scoring, personalised emails and CRM sync, each with its own mini interface
- A three-step "how it works" walkthrough: connect your tools, describe your ideal customer, let leads get worked
- An ROI calculator with draggable inputs and rolling-digit results
- Integrations, pricing and an FAQ
- Open Graph and social images, icons and a sitemap generated in code
- A launch film built with HyperFrames and GSAP, with synthesised audio
Design & build
Green on deep navy, Plus Jakarta Sans and a paper-plane logo give it a confident, clean SaaS look that stays easy to read. The paper plane carries through into the launch film's "flight path" direction.
It's built with Next.js 16, Tailwind CSS 4 and the Motion library for animation. Social share images are rendered from code, so every link preview stays on-brand. Because it's a concept, the stats, reviews, prices and customer logos on the site are placeholders, and the footer says so.
What it delivers
Leadpilot is a working demonstration of how I'd launch an AI product: a clear message, a product you can watch, a calculator that turns interest into a business case, and a film for social. It's the same approach I bring to AI automation work: make the value visible, then make the next step easy.
