MoonPay Careers

Gave a Web3 leader a careers page its team runs on its own.

MoonPay Careers website

Story Case study

Overview

MoonPay is one of the best-known names in crypto payments, making it simple to buy and sell digital assets with a card, PayPal or a bank account. Its careers page has one job: show talented people around the world what it is like to work there, then get them to the open roles. I built it in Framer while working with Studio Duo, turning their design into a fast, responsive page with a CMS the MoonPay team can run without a developer.

The challenge

Hiring in Web3 and fintech is competitive, and candidates judge a company by how it presents itself. The page had to carry MoonPay's culture, values and perks with the same polish as its product, while staying easy for the people team to keep current. Roles, team stories and office details change often, so every update could not be a ticket for a developer. And the whole build had a one-week window.

What I built

  • An opening that leads with people, "Build your career at MoonPay", and a running ticker of the teams that are hiring
  • The mission, "Our goal is to help everyone own their digital future", set large on a dark band
  • "Our People, Our Future" and "Hear from the Team" sections with staff stories in a carousel
  • A perks and benefits grid covering equity, unlimited holidays, parental leave, training budgets and offsites
  • A step-by-step hiring process, so candidates know what to expect before they apply
  • Office locations from New York to Lisbon, London and Toronto, plus awards from Forbes and CNBC
  • CMS collections for roles, stories and perks, so the team updates content in-house

Design & build

Studio Duo set the design direction; my part was translating it into Framer with precision. That meant matching spacing and type exactly, building smooth, restrained interactions and keeping the structure scalable as the content grows. I set up the CMS so roles and stories slot into the same layouts, and tuned the page for speed and responsiveness across phones, tablets and large screens. It is a landing page built to be handed over.

What it delivers

MoonPay's people team can now manage roles and content without developer support, and candidates get a clear, honest picture of the company before they apply. The project showed what close collaboration between design and development does for an employer brand: Studio Duo's vision went live on time, and MoonPay got a careers platform it can recruit with confidently.
