Story Case study

Overview

Loop is an AI meeting teammate. It joins calls on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, works out what was decided and who owns what, then posts recaps, creates tasks and updates the team's tools. This AI product website explains all of that by showing it: almost every section is a small, working demo of Loop doing its job.

The challenge

AI meeting tools blur together, and most pitch themselves as note-takers. Loop's positioning is different: conversation in, coordinated work out. The site had to make that distinction obvious without long paragraphs, keep a friendly personality, and address privacy head-on, because nobody wants a bot in their meeting by surprise.

What I built

  • A live-call hero where Loop listens in and captures decisions as the meeting runs
  • A loop ring showing each meeting going all the way round, from call to finished work
  • "Ask Loop", a searchable team memory, plus a Monday-to-Thursday animation of Loop learning team shorthand
  • A missed-meeting catch-up that turns a long recording into a short card
  • A tabbed workspace where Loop types updates into Linear, Gmail, HubSpot and Slack, replayable on click
  • A dark privacy band with a pause demo, and an FAQ grouped by topic
  • Sub-pages for pricing, integrations, security, resources, sign-up and demo

Design & build

The brand mark is two overlapping blue speech bubbles, set in Plus Jakarta Sans with a bright primary blue, a deeper blue and near-black ink. A friendly white robot mascot with changing eye expressions gives the product a face without turning it into a cartoon.

It's a static build (HTML, one stylesheet and one script), so it loads fast and hosts anywhere. Animations only run while they're on screen, and animated cards hold a fixed height so nothing jumps as they play. The sub-pages are generated by a small Python script that reuses the homepage's icon sprite, footer and call to action, keeping the whole site consistent from one source. I also produced a short hero teaser video and a scroll-through film of the live page.

What it delivers

Visitors understand what Loop does, and how it differs, by watching it rather than reading about it. The privacy story is upfront, the integrations are concrete, and every section leads to the same clear next step. This is how I approach product-led landing pages.
